Inside Shower in a TC without an inside shower???

Has anyone simply set up some type of shower curtain right in the middle of your TC and some kind of base to stand in and drain to the outside? I'm thinking one of the bases you install under a hot...

Lid down equals more privacy. I don't know if one of those tent type potty encloses would fit in your tc, but that and a plastic tub of some sort might be rigged up.
