We did this with our TC that didn't have an inside shower. Used a clean 2 gallon garden sprayer for the "shower" part. I actually like sitting down on a small camp stool when using a homemade shower b/c it seems to channel the water into the pan better and I only used a jerry-rigged 1/2 curtain.
You can cut down the wand or attach a kitchen sink type sprayer. Or I would just pull the wand off and just use the hose. I have long thick hair and 2 gallons would wash, rinse, condition, rinse just fine. Fill with hot water for 2nd shower. As a guy you should be fine :)
Advantages: if you are collecting the water (which we were) you know exactly how much you used.... made a small raised platform and let it gravity drain into a "swiss army water bag". Love that thing (the swiss army bag).
We actually use the garden sprayer in our new TC wet bath when boondocking - we like it that much. Is it a "real" shower from the water heater? Nope, but it does the job and you get clean and feel very refreshed.
