Inside Shower in a TC without an inside shower???

Has anyone simply set up some type of shower curtain right in the middle of your TC and some kind of base to stand in and drain to the outside? I'm thinking one of the bases you install under a hot...

My plan is to attach the curtain directly to the pan. With a simple over lapping panel to get in and out of the shower. The water would drain into the pan and out into a suitable container. When finished it all collapses into the pan with no water going all over the place.
My truck camper has a great hot water heater. All I need is a shower curtain and a way to collect the spray.
