Inside Shower in a TC without an inside shower???

Has anyone simply set up some type of shower curtain right in the middle of your TC and some kind of base to stand in and drain to the outside? I'm thinking one of the bases you install under a hot...

In all of these cases including this one, the water needs to go somewhere. Even a nominal shower will be a few gallons. It seems wiping off with a wash cloth in the sink might be a better option for touch ups until you can get to a real shower.
