Since Atwood acquired Fantastic Vent, it is my understanding that they no longer give away the parts. Only the plastic dome has the lifetime warranty and you pay the shipping both ways.
Still an excellent fan. I highly recommend the Fantastic Ultra Breeze hood to install over the fan. you can leave the fan open in the rain this way. The Ultra Breeze allows the dome to open further than other vent hoods and has a reverse bevel on the rear to do a better job of keeping out the weather. I like it alot.
