Don't forget the fuse! I think most of the jacks come with a fuse holder on the positive, enough wire to bolt to the frame for negative and a set of instructions.
If it was me, I'd spend a few shekels more and at least get one with a brand name on it. Some of the jack mfg's are real good about warranties and supplying parts if they break. That E Bay jack won't have anything like that.
