Installing RDS tank
Have a new RDS aluminum tank on order. My truck has only the standard painted boxfloor. No bedliner, no spray in liner. Will I need to put something under the tank like a rubber mat when installing it...

Reluctant to use any wood on the floor. I left a sheet of plywood on the floor of a small pickup I had several years ago to protect the floor. After a couple years of getting wet and not drying out it started to eat the box floor from the moisture it held.
