Installing Satellite Receiver in TT

We have a small open shelf above the refrigerator that has enough room for the receiver to sit flat, although we'd probably set it on something so that it can vent from top and bottom and secure it for traveling. My concern is that it is on the right side of the rig (door side) and our tv is on the left side. I don't know how we can hook up the wires from the receiver to the tv. In our old rig the TV compartment was right above the compartment for the components (e.g. stereo, dish receiver.) I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a wireless receiver? I can't believe we're the only RVers that have run into this situation.
