So that is pretty clear - but according to USAA, all carriers have this language in their policies. I dont understand why USAA is the only using this exclusion? Perhaps because it was written for a different purpose, such as your radiator freezing and cracking because it was filled with water? I dont know.
I would have to say the damage wasnt from freezing , it was from contraction . If I remember for something to " freeze" it has to change from a liquid state to a solid state .
