No rattles here, but our 6.0's sure did, so did the 6.4's, and the 6.7's. We have a dozen Fords that rattle when trying to start em .
Heck my son's wife's brother is a Tech at a Ford dealer ( in Riverside) and he can't post his Youtube's much any more, you guessed it, no time as they are flooded with major engine repair.
