Probably because the 500,000 6.7 Powerstrokes built to date is struggling to keep up with the Super Duty demand. Super Duty truck plant in Kentucky is having to ramp up Super Duty production because demand is so strong. :B
They made about 1,000,000 6.0 PowerStrokes. Way more than Cummins of the era. The 6.0 HAS to be a better engine if they sold that many and more than the Cummins!
Go check on how many Powerstrokes were put in boats(note small number of 7.3's) compared to hundreds of thousands of Cummins. Chris
