Was walking the campground this weekend and saw this fifth wheel had the tires off the ground and was being supported by the front landing gear and the rear stabilizers. That cant be good for the fram...

Was there any support on the curb side behind the wheels? If those wheels were both off the ground with only the single bottle jack in front then there is a large span to the back support, and a lot of additional 'hung' weight of the tires, brakes, axle, and brackets....
