Why don't you just order it from Jayco. If any updated designs have been done, you'll get the better seal or seal system.
Surprised that no one else jumped into the thread. Your story use to be the norm for Hybrids. You use to see stories and pics of leaking bunk doors all the time on this forum a few years ago. That's why I always stuck with Pop Ups or Travel Trailers. I remember the 2 big brands for leaking bunk doors were Jayco Jay Feather and Forest River Roos. If I remember correctly, they both came out with revised sealing systems to lessen the damage. I remember one Roo thread where all the wood was warped and destroyed and the owner replaced it all. Had detailed pics of this but it was years ago.
