Interior Walls..Wood or Metal. 2006 Keystone Zeppelin

I am going to have to reattach the bracket/mounting plate that holds the pulleys for my slideout. The screws that hold/mount the bracket to the wall actually pulled out. My question is...what is be...

Found out today why mounting bracket pulled outta the wall. Top bolt that holds the corner of the bracket in is not drilled into or attached to anything. It went through the bracket and into Styrofoam behind the wall.
Will now have to drill and tap for bigger lag bolts to mount the bracket to the wall. Amazing the shoddy craftsmanship of some of these things.
