We keep our rig plugged in 24/7 when stored in our back yard but have never measured the draw. Only time we notice a bump in our electric bill is when we have the fridge on during the camping season and that is maybe $15 or so.
I would imagine that since battery is already charged that draw is pretty negligible in terms of it showing a significant difference in your winter electric bill as long as no other power hungry items are on at the time.
Of course we monitor battery fluid levels periodically, but our Iota DLS IQ4 converter does a great job keeping batteries topped off with very little water loss. Our 6 volt Interstate batteries from Samsclub are still providing good service after 5 years of use.
