I have neither, but I have toured both factories (as well as several others). IMO, the Artic Fox line of products is better built. This not to say the Outdoor RV line isn't well built, it just isn't at the same level....which would be expected just by looking at the price.
I suggest you choose based on your anticipated usage...i.e.; cooler weather, go with Artic Fox.
