look for an Award TT, built in Grimsby,Ontario, mid 80s to mid 90s. My 30' '87 Award Columbia weighed in dry under 4k, the 23' models were well under 3k. Slippery airstream styling.
They were built using Alko tapered frames, torsion axles, fusion bond one piece exterior aluminum walls. Way ahead of the times. Even with the exposed waste water tanks, which if left open valve, not a recommended practice for novices, mine was fine in temps of -30f with the addition of dual pane windows.
The breaking deal for Award was floor ply delamination in the '86-89 years, just not enough glue between the ply layers and foam.
More truck would give you more, a lot more options.
