Check out the r-pod http://www.forestriverinc.com/TravelTrailers/rpod/default.aspx might be something to look at. Saw at RV show and like the slide out kitchen for such a light rv.
At the risk of sounding like a complainer, I don't think I could deal with that small of a cooking space (I cook for a living so it's pretty important to me to have a big cooking space)...also, the toilet being IN the shower was a deterrent for me too. I mean if I'm going to live full time in something, I don't want to be unhappy with most of the features of it.
The one I REALLY wanted was the Vibe http://www.forestriverinc.com/TravelTrailers/Vibe/default.aspx?model=vibe&page=floorplandetails&floorplanid=4559&RVType=trailers
Not only is it the most unique trailer i've ever seen, but it has everything on my wish list! It's a few hundred pounds shy of the 3500 pound weight limit too, so at first I thought I could tow it, but now i'm afraid I can't.
