Your Escape is a great vehicle but it is not an SUV. I feel for you as I do believe you think you are being mislead and in my opinion the manufactures are somewhat taking advantage but they are not lying. An SUV is a Tahoe/Suburban or Expediation. Also you Escape is front wheel drive, not a good thing for towing TTs
