No disrespect but I think you should rethink every part of your "dream"
It will be extremely expensive.Unless you have quite a bankroll laying around, which with your vehicle equity situation I doubt,I think it will end badly.
Workamping ,I do not believe, is going to pay your way. CG's are not cheap,although some can be, I believe your well being and security staying on back roads and Walmarts will be in jeopardy.
