Just to be sure that you understand, The GVWR on your Escape is what Ford is saying is that is the maximum weight you Escape can weigh. It does not include the trailer except the amount that the trailer tongue weight will add to your Escape.
I admit I am horrible at math so the more numbers get thrown at me, the more confused I get. Maybe i'm just not smart enough to do this.
