Don't use the back button on the browser to edit. It will post again. For your one post it seems you hit 'quote' and not edit. I've done that before.
I have never hit back. If I need to edit, I click "edit" then "post message".
Sorry, Mod...the problem was I somehow got an extra end quote thing in there at the very end so it put my last sentence in quotes!
