ok, so we are not getting rid of the Escape but we might be on a course to getting all the tow weight out of it that's possible.
You can probably get more than a canned ham. Do you have a specific budget in mind? New or used? Or very used; a vintage trailer might be fun.
You can get a 40 year old camper in a wide range of styles and prices and unlike a new trailer, you can recover most or all of your money next year if you chnage your mind.
We are entering the peak bargain season. After Labor Day people are selling becasue they are desperate and trying to afford Christmas (sad) Not as many for sale but great bargains between now and february.
