Since I do not have your particular coach this is a generalization. Someone with your model may have more insight. From what I have read and experienced RV's in general have poorly insulated ducting. It does take some time for the air to get heated. So the further from the furnace will not be as warm. I have read that some owners have found unconnected duct or duct that was accidently cut and not repaired during construction. If it is still under warranty I would take it to the dealer and demonstrate your furnace and express your concerns. Hope you hear from someone with your unit.
