How far is the "good" outlet from the furnace and how far are the "bad" outlets from the furnace?
You may find that you have to balance the output at each outlet to evenly warm the camper. Our living room outlets had good output as they were close to the furnace but the bedroom had little output.
We partially blocked the living room outlets to get more air into the bedroom (You can but adjustable outlets which control the amount of air - like the vents in a car).
Eventually you will find a happy medium.
One test is to totally block the "good" vent and see if the other vents output increases.
You may also want to check that the ducting is connected to the furnace propoerly (we had one that was slightly off) and that there are no kinks/blockages in the other vents.
BTW - not sure of your camper but the heated vents are at the bottom and A/C vents are at the top - you may not get any air from the top vents.
