I also do not have your TT. As noted, AC is on the top vents, heat on the lower vents.
My TT is a 26' coach and every single lower heat vent blows air just fine. You need to take your TT back to the dealer to have it fixed. I would not settle for the current situation you are having where all but one of the heat vents are not blowing air adequately.
