You do need to take the return air grill off and take a peek. My furnace is right behind it along with the plenum and ducts. Check for any loose connections and kinks/sharp bends in the flexible duct. Mine seems to blow very well out of all registers, I have 4 of them, and my trailer heats up quickly when I turn on the furnace. With an enclosed underbelly you don't know if one or more of your ducts are kinked or even not connected well. Its under warranty so let the dealer investigate, but make sure that if they cut the coroplast that its repaired to your satisfaction.
