My Wildwood has a similar "distribution" problem. I pulled all of the floor grills and looked down the duct with a small mirror. Basically I found that ALL the ductwork was crushed to about 50% of it's original size. It was fully connected so no issue there.
I'm considering several methods to expand it. The one that seems most promising is to use a 2" plumbers weenie, pulling it through the duct and blowing it up every foot or so.

The furnace is on the rear wall of the trailer with the first outlet about 4' from the furnace, the next 4' then 5' and 5'. This means I can work short sections at a time.
Opening up the bottom of the trailer will not help as I would have to replace the ducts to get them back to original size.
