I dont have the same TT as you but you should check to see if there is a lever to SHUT OFF all the air that is coming out the big vent by the furnace that will then direct the air to come out all the floor or lower wall ducts. I found in my Bullet when I have the AC on that all the air came out the big ceiling duct right under the AC unit and not out of the ceiling ducts until I realized there was a small lever to close off the main vent that then allowed air to come out nicely from all the other room ceiling vents. You may have a similar lever on your main furnace vent... Check it out and if you find one, shut it and see if it directs the heat to all your room ducts... Just an idea
