Had similar problem in my rig ... I had two vents close to the heater which blew 95% of the output ... I replaced the std OEM output vent covers with ones which I could could adjust the output. This allowed me to close off most of the output from the offending vents allowing better distribution of the heat. Inexpensive solution.
