I had a similar problem with our current trailer, except that all the heat was going into the bunk room and our bedroom! The kids room was near 90 when the heat was running!!! Both are at each end of the trailer and the furnace is in the middle. Virtually no heat was coming out of the bathroom or kitchen register. I ended up taking some flashing you put on the Eve's of your house to block 2/3's of the airflow to the bunk room. After that i got too much out of the bathroom vent. So I blocked that one 2/3's also. Now I get even temperature through the whole trailer. The furnace runs properly and doesn't overheat, because before I wasn't getting the airflow out of 2 vents. It will take some trial and error to get it to where he whole trailer is the same temp.
Good luck!
