If it works do nothing, keep using it. Our "newer than yours" Brake Buddy went to the shop 7-8 times in 6 years of full timing. After the last "in house" repair it worked about 2 months and started the old "cycling without any need", while set on the lightest sensitivity setting. It has been replaced by a Patriot Braking System w/o any air cylinder or hoses to leak, involved. Our '03 Sport Trac is still going strong after 80,000+ miles of towing and 129,000+ miles on the odometer.
