Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think anything is going to completely eliminate some amount of push/pull on the highway when you're passing or being passed by a big rig. What you don't want are repeated oscillations.
If you're getting oscillations you may need to fine tune the set-up or (I'm not accusing you of excessive speed) slow down 5 mph. That may be enough to eliminate the sway that's bothersome to you.
