I towed a 31' 7300 lb TT with a 2010 F150 using an HA. It was about as good as it gets. I now tow a 9300 lb 5th wheel with a 2500. It's as good as it gets. I remember the F150 and TT being real easy to tow using the HA. Zero push pull from semis. In Oregon they run 55 mph (now 60) and I usually ran 60+ so I was always passing them in the left lane. It was a one hand on the wheel affair as opposed to two hands with the EQ.
I would recommend an HA or PP to anyone on the fence about what to do for sway. Some say it's a band aid, well I say some TT's just plain don't tow very well and need more than a regular WDH.
