So I took my WDH back to my dealer/installer the other day and it turns out the hitch was infact loose. Very loose to be exact.
The installer got a full 4-5 turns on both bolts that attatch the ball platform to the shank, Also there is a smaller bolt hidden underneath that hadnt even been tightened down at all. The installers told me they must have "forgot to tighten and torque" everything down to manufacturer specs before they sent me on my way. That didnt give me the best feeling in the world, but I will say they are making an effort to try to make this mistake right.
