Here's my feeling of you're talking 5th wheel toy hauler you should be looking one ton diesel. I have 2500 6.4 tradesman with 3.92 towing 29 ft trailer aprox 8k love the payload of this truck I get approx 13ish commuting. If on highway 65mph uloaded I can get 16-17. I almost wish I got a diesel but at same time the gasser is doing just fine
