Not true. The manual says 100K - Not sure about the 16 plugs or $500 at the dealership. I'm going to guess at least half of that is BS as well.
I changed the plugs in my 5.7L Hemi in my driveway using regular Champion plugs in just over an hour. But my Cummins Rams cost $500 per oil change and that $300 air filter was killer on the wallet.;)
