Is the EV transformation of the market over hyped ?

Almost 7x gas stations in the US verses charge stations, but this is not an accurate picture of capacity. Some stations only have a couple of dispensers while others have 30. As some posters have pointed out, people also recharge at home making public recharging demand lower than liquid fuel dispensing.
