What? The Tundra has a 5.5 foot bed on Crewmax and either 6.5 or 8 foot bed on the regular and doublecab models. Having truthful specs makes for a better argument.
That being said... probably not. Not enough payload on most Tundras for the overwhelming majority of fifth wheels. You need to know your total pin weight for the fiver, weight for the hitch plus the weight of gear and passengers. You probably want a minimum of 2000 lbs payload for a fiver. You'll be lucky to have 1600 lbs in the Tundra, unless it is a regular cab 2wd.
