The Power Wagon has the same chassis and drivetrain as a regular HD truck, the only difference is the suspension and tires. As long as you stayed within the tire ratings you could throw bags or timbrens on it to supplement the softer suspension and it would be good for way more than 1470 lbs of carrying capacity. Power Wagons are cool trucks and I think they're right there with the Rubicon Wrangler's in terms of factory offroad performance, but they aren't set up to tow heavy from the factory. But even without supplementing the rear suspension it would probably handle either of those trailers fine - at it's core the Power Wagon is a heavy duty truck, not a pimped out half ton like the Raptor.
