The original owner couldn't remember how much he paid for the contract. He said it was in thousands of $ and the deductible was either $50 or $100. And he didn't have the original contract either. All he did was signed over a transfer form and it's up to me to spent the transfer fee.
I contacted the insurer and found out it was called Trailer Ultimate (highest level of coverage) Plan and the deductible was only $50. I signed on because it's only a small gamble like buying a lottery. LOL.
I agree. For what you paid it was worth the gamble.
Now back to those grade 8 bolts. Aren’t those supposed to be soft metal so they can shear? With grade 8 bolts it won’t shear, so something else could break. Just a thought!
And another thing to add. Whenever you do want a warranty/service contract always go OEM! If you go aftermarket you run into these problems.
