Is This Legal?
On my home from work today and came up along side this guy with a gigantic hook sticking out of the hitch. WTH! Is this even legal? It looks like a hazard to me for sure. The Hook

Just shows ......it you make it/market it----get it on 'social media' it will sell whether the buyer really has a need for it or NOT!
