Is This Legal?
On my home from work today and came up along side this guy with a gigantic hook sticking out of the hitch. WTH! Is this even legal? It looks like a hazard to me for sure. The Hook

That's what some ford guys put on their trucks to make other people think they can actually pull something when in reality they can't...lol! I guess some dodge guys do it to!! I guess some are trying to make up for something...maybe a little something syndrome...lol!
