Is this overpriced because of the cuteness factor???

Wow another fiberglass shell camping trailer, this one though has no kitchen (I don't count the camp stove on a counter), no bathroom, and not much else. Personally I would opt for a Casita, or a Scamp or even a Lil Snoozy http://www.lilsnoozy.com/snoozy-specs.htm which is almost the same price. Though the lil snoozy has actual living space, water tanks, bathroom, etc. it is 19 ft overall vs 13 ft, 2,500 pounds vs 1,100 pounds, .... and $2,000 cheaper.
