You are making me think now! I had an issue with the switch on my Lippert jack, it would sometimes work and other times didn't. I have to believe these switches are all the same. For my jack, I shut the battery cut-off then cleaned the switch and flipped on & off a couple dozen times. It hasn't failed since.
