It gained weight.

11640 lbs.

12380. Not much but a little. ;)

I don't think the extra 15 gallon of water, 14 gal of gas, an extra 5 gallon bottle of propane and a garbage can full of firewood added the extra 740 lbs.

Makes me wonder where the other 400+ pounds came from. :h
  • If it wasn’t the same scale, hard to say if it was accurate or not.

    Nope, not the same place.
They were both Cat Scales at Loves truck stops.

I know huh..My wife packed this trip emptying all the drawers/cupboards and re-packing from the house and I weighed in at 10,660 pounds, first time over 10K but we were ready for the apocalypse with what all she packed..LOL

Been eating a lot at McDonald's lately??

Nearest McDonalds is 100 miles away,in my case..LOL.Same scale/same load..All tanks full ready to camp..

Personally I think they re-calibrated the grain scales after a remodel of the grain shack, which is like 100 yards from the house.

When I was married all my ex packed were her clothes. :R
    I packed everything else.

So I'm the only one to blame. :B

Just the truck and empty camper weigh 9840.
  • When I weighed my truck only,it weighed almost exactly what my son's Chevy HD 2500 extra cab weighed with similar stuff and fuel..Something like 6400 pounds..So 4260 pounds for a 9.6 Lance non-slide loaded to the gill isn't to bad since the sticker sez 2659# empty which was pretty close when I weighed it empty..LOL
