I suggest that you lighten up a bit.
In any case, there are lots of examples of legal things that many of us think aren't a good thing to do. Like or not, we have to share the road with "those criminals". Like I told my kid after her 7th accident in 6 months driving. It doesn't really matter that they weren't your fault. You need to think about why you are having them and stop it. She figured it out.
