It's a 1996 and presumably a gasser. They built them lighter back then.
My 2002 regular cab DRW weighs 6300 empty, so I definitely believe it. The previous owner showed me the CAT scale ticket to prove it.
Yup. That's what it weighs! I've weighed it before empty when I first got it to see what my old Weekender 910 camper weighed. Yes, it's a gasser also.. It's when they started cheaping out with thinner metal and bumpers..Actuallly, they started that in 1987 when this body style first came out.
