Jack for trailer to change tires?
Is it normal for the trailer to not come with a jack or any way to get the tires off?

And, get the he-- off the shoulder. Last time I had a blowout, I drove slowly on the shoulder for about a 1/2 mile to get to the exit. The tire was ruined anyway. I'd even use the median turn-around for emergency vehicles to work on my vehicle/trailer.
