Hitch up your TV to the TT. Measure the front wheel well of your TV to the ground and repeat for the rear wheel well of your TV. Then adjust your hitch until both readings are the same. Now you TV will be level with your TT hitched up. Probably not a big problem with a F350. Next measure the front of your TT to the ground and the rear of your TT to the ground. It should be level.
I like my TT one inch lower in the front. But that is just me. If the back of your TT is higher then the front, it may sway. Go on the internet for your manual to your hitch.
